In-charge, Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 239(c) of 2016 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 365, 511, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the complainant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20138 of 2020(3) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 and it appears that there is matrimonial dispute between complainant and her husband who resides in abroad. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Complaint Case No. 239(c) of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 submits that he has filed power on behalf of opposite party no. 2 today itself.

Office is directed to attach the power filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 with this record.
