JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kasimbazar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the son of the informant was called by Arjun Sonar, but he did not return. It is mentioned in the written report that earlier the petitioner has given threat to the son of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that there is no any direct allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.14607 of 2017 (4) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasimbazar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
