The petitioner seeks bail in connection with registered under Section 395 and 412 of the IPC.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation the name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accuses Sonu Singh and except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that while the petitioner has been made accused in two other cases, as detailed in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, but in both cases he is on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55475 of 2015 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S. Tr. No. 615/2015 arising out Sasaram (Model) P.S. case No. 599/ 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner.
