JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband of the victim girl, who died within seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same to the victim soon before her death. Submission of the petitioner is that trial is going on and the informant had not supported the allegation. Moreover, the victim died of illness.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11280 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 produced. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial, without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, expeditiously.
