Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2008 registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity on account of family dispute in order to grab the land of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
