Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Raju Singh was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner. Para 3 of the petition shows that petitioner is accused in five cases prior to institution of the present case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was remanded in almost all cases on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 88/2015.
