Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2017 in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 47, 54, 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, seized vehicle does not belong to the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged vehicle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last three months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10915 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016/G.R. No. 1113 of 2016.
