The petitioners, who are the parents-in-law and married sister-in-law of the informant, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 dated 02.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation in the FIR is general and omnibus.

It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12768 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 petitioners that prior to the lodging of this case, the son of petitioners no. 1 and 2 has filed a divorce case against the informant of the present case. This case is an attempt of the informant to frame the entire family members of her husband which is evident from the fact that even married sister-in-law, who is petitioner no. 3, has been made accused in this case.

The prayer for anticipatory bail has been opposed by Mr. Sandip Kumar Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
