Petitioner is named in the first information report with omnibus allegation of assault but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Sattan Yadav and Mukesh Yadav have already been granted priviledge of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bagaha, west Champaran in connection
