The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1338 of 2019 arising out of Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No.433 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 43.375 liters of foreign liquor from the Panchayat Bhawan. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No.9365 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner is agreed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department and on deposit of the aforesaid amount, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, the court below shall release on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad in connection with Excise Case No.1338 of 2019 arising out of Ghoshi (Okari) P.S.
