Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5 of POCSO Act.
It is informed on behalf of the informant that except the investigating officer, almost all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined.
Taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16534 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 connection with POCSO Case No. 38 of 2015 arising out of Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 pending in the court of Special Judge (POCSO) cum Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai stands rejected.
