Patna High Court CWJC No.4086 of 2020(6) dt.01-10-2020 2/2 Court that in light of the earlier orders passed in favour of the petitioner in two writ petitions bearing no. 12999 of 2012 and 19658 of 2014, the petitioner's pensionary benefits shall be sanctioned and payments thereof ensured within four (04) weeks.

In view of such undertaking, the counsel for the petitioner, also submits that beyond demand for pensionary benefits, there is no other claim in the writ petition. The writ petition, therefore, need not be kept pending. Recording the aforesaid undertaking and expecting the same to be honoured in action, the writ petition is being disposed off.
