2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.132 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420(B)/489(c)/34 of the IPC.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that on secret information that two persons are purchasing goods by use fake currency, the police reached and arrested two persons including the petitioner and various fake currency of different denomination were recovered from them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather on mere suspicision as well as on the instigation of the inimical persons,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20948 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 planted recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2023 and has clean antecedent. The petitioner has got no concern with the fake currency recovered.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court below/concerned court in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.132 of 2023.
