In view of the judicial order passed by this Court on 04.03.2015, no order is required to be passed on the basis of the aforesaid letter dated 8th January, 2016 of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sheohar.

However, it is clarified that the trial court must make all endeavours to conclude the trial of the petitioner at the earliest possible time in the light of the aforesaid order dated 04.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.1102 of 2015.
