It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is "Bhainsur" of the deceased and remained in custody for about eight months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13994 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, as the petitioner is in custody for about eight months, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it preferably within a period of one year.
