JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through Virtual Court Proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.196 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 328/302 of the Indian Penal Code. A Choukidar has lodged an F.I.R. that some unknown persons have thrown a lady on the road from a four wheeler and the lady was in unconscious condition. During investigation, it was surfaced that the victim has gone to the Police Station and complaint about her in-laws and a car came and lifted the lady and thrown her in a lonely place in an unconscious condition, who later on, died during treatment. The story of the prosecution has been supported by the driver of the car.
