2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 120 liters of illicit country-made liquor was recovered from behind the house of co-accused Laxman Nut.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is lady and is in custody since 28.11.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner is lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court- III, Saran (Chapra) / concerned Court in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024.
