JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2017 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2016 and charges have been framed on 23.08.2016, only one witness could be examined on behalf of the prosecution till date. He submitted that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner earlier on 20.08.2016 in Cr.Misc. No.35169 of 2016, the Court had granted him liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of framing of charge. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner, namely, Diwakar Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
