The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 262/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 33(a)(d) of the Excise Act, 2016 and section 290 of the Indian Penal Code.

05 litres of country-made liquor made of 'Mahua' and 15 litres of 'Java Mahua' was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
