Petitioners are not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that petitioners were arrested in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 398 of 2015 in which they confessed their guilt disclosing this fact that they had sold parts of the stolen motorcycle to Md. Rais and thereafter, petitioners were remanded in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2733 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 352 of 2015.
