So far as the benefit under ACP is concerned, the petitioner is granted to take recourse to appropriate proceeding under the law including filing the separate writ application. With regard to payment of GPF amount is concerned, the petitioner would file a detailed representation before the Provident Fund Officer, Katihar, who would ensure payment of the same to the petitioner at the earliest.
