The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 for offences punishable under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(10) of the Examination Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of allowing somebody else to appear on his behalf in the intermediate examination.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the allegation, let the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
