The petitioner was suspended, whereafter two departmental proceedings were initiated against him; one proceeding ended in his exoneration whereas in the other, he was handed over a punishment of withholding of one increment of pay but without cumulative effect. It appears that the petitioner has not challenged the afore-noted decision of the disciplinary authority in appeal.
Let him do so, if so advised.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18465 of 2018(5) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his grievance with respect to non-payment of any subsistence allowance during the suspension period before the Appellate Authority.
The petition is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
