The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.974 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11438 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
