At an earlier occasion, prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.12.2016 relating to Cr. Misc. No.55122 of 2016 (Annexure-4) giving liberty to renew after framing of charge, charge has been framed.
Considering it a case, apart from others, under POCSO Act also and further, as per statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., petitioner also happens to be tenant in the same house, in the aforesaid background, after examination of the victim, the learned lower court will release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
