Raising the ground that out of 8 charge-sheet witnesses, none has been examined, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching the concerned court below for grant of bail. He would also be claiming parity that other similarly situated co-accused, namely, Umesh Kumar and Ashok Sah, have been allowed bail in the meantime. Regarding the aforesaid submission and liberty as prayed for, it is needless to say that the court below would be obliged to consider all grounds that the petitioner may urge and pass an order on the merit of the case.
