JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 14.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4389 of 2013, wherein this Court had passed the following order:
"In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to implement the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal. The petitioner is directed to approach the Panchayat Niyojan Committee, in failure to act upon the order passed by the Appellate forum, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Collector and who will be
Patna High Court MJC No.516 of 2019(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 obliged to see that the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal be complied with.
With aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands allowed."
2. On perusal of the order passed in writ petition as quoted hereinabove, I am of the view that no case for contempt against the opposite parties has been made out, inasmuch as the order passed by this Court itself indicates the forum and the authority before whom the petitioner is required to approach for redressal of her grievance.
