Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission is that recovery of Narcotic in huge consignment of Ganja is alleged from a Truck found behind the house of the petitioner and it is simply stated that the petitioner fled away from there on a Boat. There is no direct material of involvement of the petitioner as submission is that neither the truck belongs to the petitioner nor the petitioner has any concern with the recovered Narcotic.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20883 of 2021(2) dt.23-08-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Spl. Case No.42 of 2020 arising out of Khusrupur Police Station Case No.67 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
