The petitioner, in the present petition, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 11.01.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, whereby the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner against summoning him was rejected. Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the impugned order as well as material available on record. There is no ground for interference. The petition stands dismissed.
