The grievance of the petitioner in this writ application is appointment on fixed salary of Rs.9,000/- per month, instead of appointment under regular basis. The issue raised in the present case has already decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383.

In view of the latest judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. (supra), the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14638 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 respondents along with a copy of this order and the respondents are required to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. (supra) within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
