JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner is regarding nonpayment of the benefits of ACP and the GPF amount. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 3, that GPF amount totalling to a sum of Rs. 6,80,607/- has been sanctioned along with upto date interest thereon and sent to the Circle Officer, Karakat, DistrictRohtas for payment, apart from the said GPF payment order having been sent to the Treasury Officer, Sasaram.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18028 of 2018(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Sasaram to make payment of the aforesaid GPF amount within a period of four weeks from today, if not already paid, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

As regards, the grant of benefits of ACP, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Respondent No. 7 by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his grievances whereupon the Circle Officer, Karakat, District-Rohtas shall address the said grievances of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
