Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.191 of 2017, arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.243 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.1903 of 2017 on merit.

No.10325 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 It has further been submitted that It would appear from the F.I.R. that in course of occurrence, this petitioner and one Anil Singh gave knife blow at the eyes and stomach of the deceased, the husband of the informant. The co-accused Anil Singh has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.66103 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali, in connection with Sessions Trial No.191 of 2017, arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.243 of 2016.
