Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.3, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabua, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.112 of 2016 (3) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 law expeditiously, by ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
