Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act-2018. Prosecution case is that 72 liters of country made wine was recovered from the bush behind the house of the petitioner.

No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery is from an open place behind the house of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that the
