The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons created nuisance causing annoyance and disruption at the place of occurrence where counting work of election of Mukhiya was going on.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him and only on the basis of suspicion, he has been

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 687 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
