The petitioner is accused in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014, registered under Sections 304(B) and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive and petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2017. Further submission is that Sanjay Paswan, husband of the deceased, is already in custody.

No.18571 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S.
