The petitioner seeks modification of the order, dated 11.07.2014, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 28322 of 2014 for extending the time granted to him to surrender before the Court below for the purpose of furnishing bail bond.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and an accused in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, this modification application is allowed.

The time granted to the petitioner vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5131 of 2016 (3) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 dated 11.07.2014, in the interest of justice and in peculiar circumstances of the case, is extended by two weeks from today.
