JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. 7 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner besides jawa mahua which is used for preparation of liquor. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a female. She has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 18.01.2017.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
