In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gobindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Allegation has been made against the accused persons including this petitioner to have killed the deceased on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died of natural death but, when this Court has asked whether the deceased was suffering from any ailment, learned
