This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that son of the informant was taken away on the pretext of giving service but he did not return. It is submitted that the victim left the place of service and went to some other place.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lalganj P.S. case No. 93 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
