The petitioner is accused in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 138 of 2012, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that in course of investigation, the informant raised suspicion regarding involvement of the petitioner and others, except the suspicion raised by the informant, nothing has been collected to show his involvement in the present case and the petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2017. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in that case.
