No. 1977 of 2017, wherein this Court had passed following order:- "In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheohar to pass necessary order for payment of

2. Opposite party no.4 has filed a show cause, wherein in paragraph no.6, it has been stated as under:- "6. That with regard to the averments made in Paragraph No. 9 11 of the contempt petitioner it is humbly submitted that in compliance of the Order dated 21.02.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court in CWJC No.

1977/2017 the advice has been issued in favour of the petitioner no. 1 & 2 vide Letter No. 1031 dated 06.10.2021 & Memo No. 1243 dated 16.12.2021 respectively issued under the Signature of the answering Respondent and accordingly, total amount of Rs. 3,72,130/- & Rs. 2,96,968/- has been credited in the Saving Account of the Petitioner No. 1 & 2 respectively."

3. On perusal of paragraph no.6 of the show cause filed by opposite party no.4, I find that the order dated 21.02.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1977 of 2017 has been complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, the present contempt petition

Patna High Court MJC No.517 of 2019(5) dt.22-04-2025 3/3 stands closed and disposed off.
