The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11540 of 2018 arsing out of Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar (Prohibition) Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 50 liter Mahua wine was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly two

Case No. 131 of 2018.
