2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 6.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57147 of 2023 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 6.12.2023 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
