JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2016 Petitioner has already taken steps for obtaining a succession certificate in her favour. She is said to be the daughter of late Rameshwar Narayan Singh, who was compulsorily retired way back in the year 1985. It is the case of the petitioner that nothing was paid either to the petitioner or to the legal heirs.

No sooner the succession certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner and the same is tendered, respondent authorities shall be duty bound to expedite the sanction of the legal dues of the ex-employee within a period of four months

Patna High Court CWJC No.5605 of 2014 dt.05-02-2016 thereof.

Writ application is disposed of with above direction.
