JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 24.10.2015 co-accused Uttam Patel caused fire arm injury on the leg of the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he used to threaten informant's brother not to disclose name of shooter and offered money for getting the informant treated.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation of causing injury is against co-accused Uttam Patel. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Case No.669/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
