Petitioner is accused in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2016 registered under Sections 30A, 47 of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
