The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019, registered under Sections 307, 326, 452, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner Bipin Kumar @ Bipul Kumar along with Santosh Kumar and Shyam Kuwar and three unknown entered in the house of informant Shai Kumar by breaking the door and started to abuse his mother, father, wife and children. At that time, Shyam Kuwar asked to shot fire then Santosh Kumar fired through pistol causing injury at the left arm of informant, whereas, this petitioner made firing upon wife of the informant, but the same was missed.

No.9964 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case being the neighbour of the informant due to dirty village politics, while allegation has been made against the petitioner to fire upon the wife of informant, but the same was missed. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.
