JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 The petitioner being husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage by administering poison for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Purnea dated 18.11.2016 to the extent that all the witnesses have already been examined, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
It is expected from learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea to conclude the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No. 441 of 2015, preferably within a period of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27262 of 2015 (5) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 four months.
Accordingly the application stands dismissed in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
