The petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016, registered under Sections 366, 376, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, it has come in para 22 of the case diary that the victim/informant was kept in the house of the petitioner about 6-7 days. Further submission is that petitioner has not been put on TIP for identification by the informant, while he is in custody since 30.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5881 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Rail Muzaffarpur P.S.
